One of the homes on this year's tour was designed by Ned Pratt, a pioneer of the modernist movement in the Lower Mainland, and a pioneer in the construction method of post and beam. Some of you may remember we recently sold a wonderful Lewis and Pratt Post and Beam on Ridgewood Drive. If you love this type of architecture, this is a rare opportunity to peak inside some private homes.
